COTY In-store Customer Experience

COTY is the home to over 50 world leading skin care and fragrance brands and as part of its internal sales conference in 2022 wished to create a Customer Experience and meeting area for its employees.

Working with COTY’s own plans and designs for 150m² space and coordinating with local partners that included metalworkers, carpenters and printers Expo Imagen delivered and installed the project on-time and on-budget.

Project Summary:

  • Build out & Decorate space

  • 150m² raised flooring with carpet finish

  • Design & Construction of self-standing circular structure combining aluminium post, curved Plexiglas and vinyl covered wooden backwall

  • Construction of product display area with custom display cabinets with Bematrix frame structure incorporating LED screens

  • Custom made NEON lighting rings in both spaces

  • 6m plexiglass backwall with corresponding backlit counter

  • Product display pedestals with LED lighting

  • Bematrix backwalls with cloth printing

  • Meeting room area furniture & presentation TV
