In 2018, Malaga’s Ruben Alcantara skatepark was chosen to stage the Van’s BMX Pro Cup finals; a truly World championship event, with participants from all over the World and carried live on the Red Bull TV station.

With the temporary grandstand and venue branding covered by Van’s UK agency, it was left to Expo Imagen to deal with the challenges presented by a venue with no broadband connectivity. Together with establishing a reliable link and closed-circuit wi-fi for the broadcasters, working with local colleagues we installed and produced all venue sound with two large L’Acousti speaker arrays.
