Veeva Systems is known for providing cloud-based software solutions for the life sciences industry. Events like the Veeva Summit focus on bringing together professionals in the life sciences sector to discuss industry trends, share insights, and explore new technologies. We have had the privilege in providing Veeva with the production of all sponsor stand requirements for this bi-annual event since November 2022.

The principal challenge placed up on us is the installation of up to 35 partner stands throughout the exhibitor areas the day prior to commencement of the events.

Thanks to the flexible and lightweight nature of the beMatrix frame system, and along with tried-and-tested pre-production processes at our workshops in Malaga, in our most recent installation we were able to install twenty-eight fully-equipped sponsor stands in just twelve hours.
